Email claims@ftainsurance.com.au as soon as you become aware of a circumstance that may give rise to a claim — even before a demand is made. Early notification protects coverage.
Include your policy number, insured name, a brief description of the incident, any relevant dates, and copies of any correspondence received from the third party.
A dedicated claims handler will acknowledge within 24 hours, appoint a panel solicitor if needed, and keep you and the insured informed at every step.
